Finland’s Nokia confirmed the acquisition of telecoms company Alcatel-Lucent, follwing which Nokia Downs 6% and Alcatel-Lucent up by 15%.
The Sources confirms that, “There could be no certainty at this point that these discussions will result in any agreement or transaction.”
